3. Booking and Performance Inquiries

The Site provides information about Crush performances and links/forms for booking inquiries (including redirects to coveringnewengland.com). Submitting a booking request or contacting us does not create a binding contract. Any engagement for performances (full band, acoustic duo, or otherwise) will be governed by a separate written agreement between you (the client/venue/promoter) and Covering New England LLC, which may include details on fees, dates, set length, technical requirements, cancellation policies, payment terms, and other conditions.

We make no guarantees regarding availability, specific song performances, or event outcomes. All bookings are subject to mutual agreement and our discretion.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., venue pages, ticketing sites like Eventbrite or AXS, social media, or our management portal at coveringnewengland.com). These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse or control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Some show listings link to external ticket sales platforms. Ticket purchases and event attendance are governed by those third parties' terms.

5. Disclaimers

We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any information provided, or any performance-related issues (unless covered in a separate booking contract).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covering New England LLC, Crush, and our members, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
